Pet Policy:

Pets Welcome Upon Approval.
Breed restrictions apply.
Limit of 2 cats per home (Monthly cat rent of $15 will be charged per cat).
Limit of 2 dogs per home (Monthly dog rent of $15 will be charged per dog).
Maximum adult weight is 45 pounds.
A $400 non-refundable pet fee will be charged per pet.
